Central Abu Dhabi

Central Abu Dhabi is comprised of predominantly residential housing, including villas and low to mid rise apartment buildings.

This is one of the most established neighbourhoods on the island, with the western side being a particularly sought-after place in which to live.

Home to established local families and the location of many of the foreign embassies, this is naturally a setting on which large villas, estates, schools and health facilities can be found.

Downtown Abu Dhabi, The Corniche and all of its beaches are just a 10 minute drive away, and here you are ideally located to take advantage of the numerous and efficient road networks to take you to the international airport or straight up the highway to Dubai.

Al Gurm Resort, a major development underway on the western side of the island, is a stunning complex of water villas, hotels and marinas, set amongst a natural mangrove and sandbar habitat.
