Al Raha / Khalifa A

Al Raha Beach is touted as the new gateway to Abu Dhabi and is a development of 11 precincts that will make up this waterfront city. Although still a work in progress, parts of the development are finished and this will eventually become one of the most exciting and picturesque suburbs of Abu Dhabi.

Al Raha and Khalifa City A are made up of modern, luxury villas – most fitted out with private swimming pools and large gardens, making this a great place for families to live.

The area is serviced through the five star Al Raha Beach Hotel, Al Raha Mall, Abu Dhabi Sailing Club and a long stretch of coastline and beaches. The masterplan for the area includes further expansion and growth with the continued addition of retail outlets, along with galleries, restaurants and cafés.

Yas Island, home to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, is just a 5 minute drive from here, as is the world class Abu Dhabi Golf Club.

These suburbs offer a peaceful modern urban setting, with downtown Abu Dhabi just a 25 minute drive away. Tucked away in this secluded coastline corner of Abu Dhabi means that you are only a 5 minute drive from the airport, while Dubai is only a 50 minute car journey up the road.
